I had huge fantastic room with a balcony and coffee, as for instance. The location in a tourist area was marvellous and there were shopping malls and a supermarket nearby. Everything was great and within 10 minutes' drive of Sarajevo airport;)))

It had very very bad views.

Fairly quiet and particularly good rooms and quiet beds. The staff were great and the location was favourable. Also, easy to get to Ilidza Thermal Riviera.

We were in Sarajevo for 3 days, had EXCELLENT stay, the hotel was clean with marvellous location sufficient to reach to the center. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the superior queen room with a balcony.

Amicable personnel is on our service. The rooms are silent and also huge.

The hotel with reasonably large rooms, in a very very nice area, in a great restaurant.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was delicious and varied. I loved the reasonably large rooms with a balcony. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was excellent near from airport. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Sarajevo.

The breakfast is delicious with very good food, has delicious food. Also, the location is favourable and absolutely perfect, minutes from Ilidza Thermal Riviera. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a shopping mall.

The location was perfect for my car trips and the room size was just right. The breakfast had a great variety of food to choose from. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to any needs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities

The staff atitude, especially the waiters. You have a lot to work on that

The fitness centre consisted of one treadmill (didn't work), a bike and some weights while the pool was in use by a swim team while I was there. The rooms are not sound-proof (so you can hear everything). The hallway lights are motion-activated, which is good, only it takes quite some time for them to turn on so there are moments when you are walking in darkness. Overall, it was fine for one night but I don't know that I would want to stay much longer.

There were fantastic, huge rooms with facilities. The staff was great, everything was great.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which was perfect for our New Year getaway. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a superior room, offering a stunning view of the swimming pool and river.- The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean.- The breakfast provided was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.- All of the staff members were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

value for money

first room offered was defective - a/c was broken, toilet seat fell off, mini safe was not attached to the wall Second room was fine. Smoking is still permitted in the public areas.

We had a silent superior triple room with a single bed, the bathroom, coffee. Had delicious and varied breakfasts with very good food.

Possibilities of using SPA, fitness, pool.

Room looks good but no maintenance at all, light bulbs broken, shower cabin stucked, water runing on the floor
